They have followed these throughout their time on placement and successfully contributed to a safe working environment.
- Earner has gained an understanding of workplace etiquette. They have shown they understand the importance of personal appearance and wearing suitable clothing, showing respect to colleagues, and appropriate communication to ensure a positive working environment.
- Earner has demonstrated reliability by completing tasks set to them. They have followed instructions, worked collaboratively with others, and made a valued contribution to a defined activity with the skills they possess as an individual.
- Earner has shown resilience and open mindedness by receiving constructive feedback on the execution of their set tasks. They have reflected on what went well, and what they might improve for future workplace opportunities.
